I thought I read something negative about BBB recently. Do they no longer accept registry returns for cash or something like that? Hopefully you get store credit.

And what's the pro to having a BBB registry? Am I correct in saying that everything that's online can be found in pretty much ALL the BBB stores? (unlike Macy's).

Yes you can only get store credit which is the policy at most stores. I found everything at BBB plus people can use their coupons. Plus my china setting was $40 more per setting at Macys so I only registered at BBB.

You MUST request cash back in order to get it. Most stores will push the store credit on you. If you dotn tell them before they start the transaction they will process it as store credit. so when returning items you need to tell them you need cash back. I just returned this past week. No problems.

The woman who helped me in Westbury told me that I can definitely still get cash back. They don't like to advertise it and will try to force you to take store credit but if you insist on cash they will do it.

You can 10000000% still get cash back--I just did last weekend for something I got for my e-party. No issues at all.

This was at the Westbury location. At the end of the return she asked cash or store credit?? Of course CASH!!!!
