I got 4 after spending $400.

Last time, I got one for spending $100. Then, I could use the card on my next $100 purchase.

This card doesn't say that. so, does that mean I can use this reward card on ANY purchase?

Yes. You're just limited to 10 of them. My DH and I did day 1 of our registry completion on Sunday. We got 10% off plus the cards.
