Whats the Difference?

I've googled this what feels like a million times and can't find te answer. What's the difference between a mass and a ceremony? Communion? Readings?

I'm pretty sure it's just everything that's considered the Eucharist part of the mass is the difference.

at a mass there is communion. at a ceremony there isn't. Ceremonies are shorter and are basically just the vows and readings.

So it looks like it's just the Liturgy of the Eucharist and Communion, which is the approximate 15 difference.
