whats the difference between a marriage lisence and marriage certificate??
I know the license is what you actually sign on your wedding day. Whats the certificate and how do you get it? How long does it take to get one?
I have to get my military ID right after the wedding (like literally a few days after) and they need a copy of my marriage CERTIFICATE in order to do it. I dont know what this is, or how long it will take to get it...

Your license is what you pay for and get before the wedding day (at the court). On your wedding day, you will sign it and so will your officiant. Then that gets sent in to the courts and they will then mail you your Certificate.

Marriage Licence indicates you are free to get married - no other marriages exist, etc.
Marriage Certificate indicates that you have gotten married.

you're probably not gonna get the marriage license (which you need for yoru military id) for about 3-4 weeks after the wedding.
i would have your FH contact personnel and find out what to do if you need it within a few days of your wedding!

heheheheh I never even heard of a marriage certificate
good thing there's no exam to qualify for the license!
