Then there was this made for tv movie that I don't know what the name of it was but it was based on a true story. It was about a mentally handicapped girl who raped by a few members of the wrestling team or football team. She was raped with the broom stick and they all took turns violating her. the town treated the girl like they did her a favor and the boys were heros. Made me sick! I cried all night after that movie.

That was with Heather Matrazanno (sp?) right? Yeah, that was disturbing, and more so because it was based on a true story. How people can be that horrid is beyond me.

I remember that made for tv movie...they replayed it a couple of months ago on 'WE'..I cried allover again...

Clockwork orange, disturbing but great movie
Saw also disturbing, but it had a cool twist.
Trainspotting, yuk, I'll never forget the toilet bowl scene and I can't stand seeing needles/drug use.

Kids didn't really bother me when I first saw it, but now I have an 18 month old so it scares me now.

As for other 'horror' type movies I've always had a pretty strong stomach when it comes to those. However, there is ONE movie that really freaked me out and still does.It's a movie from the 70's called Threads. It's about a nuclear holocaust set in England. It shows the life a a young pregnant woman before and after the war. And the horrors and struggles of surviving after the bomb hits. It's very disturbing it shows people ripping apart live diseased animals for food and just other horrible senerios. Very disturbing, because especially now this really could happen.

any and all zombie movies, especially the latest dawn of the dead! i love watching scary movies but these zombie movies give me nightmares for weeks! i always dream that i am barracading doors and windows and they are trying to get in, or that i am driving my car and they are attacking it, or that i am running and i am running sooooo slow and they get me...yes, i am feeling a bit disturbed just thinking about it lol. also, when we saw the ring in the movies we were extremely freaked out. i won't go into the story, but my fi was so freaked that he thought his parents house was broken into without actually entering the house to see and called the cops from the car lol i laughed at him for that. oh and the add ons to the exorcist where she does the crab crawl down the stairs...oh man, i need a nightlight tonight. ~lacey

Frailty gave me nightmares!!!! And I will NEVER watch Event Horizon again in my life! Once were warriors is just plain disturbing and DH HAD to buy it!!!!!!

DH told me that Event Horizon was the scariest sci fi film he's ever seen (although he now denies he ever made this comment ) I thought it was so stupid and unbelieveable! I didn't think it was scary at all... Or disturbing for that matter.

I'm convinced that if vampires or zombies do exist, they're definitely living in the same town I do!!! We live in this town in London called Brixton (of SW9 fame) and it used to be notorious for drugs and everything. Well, it's been cleaned up quite a bit...but it's till kind of, um, gritty... I definitely think that vampires would choose Brixton as their homes!!!
