I have no real experience with her, but she was kind of rude to me when I tried to contact her. Plus, it took like 5 emails to actually get her to answer!
I have to say that I don't agree with the negative posts being removed but jenn did my hair and a few of my bm's hair for my wedding and she did an awesome job. One of my friends has very hard to manage hair and was really nervous because she never likes the results when stylists style her hair but jenn really did an amazing job. The girl even recommended jenn to her SIL who is getting married this year. Don't be scared if you're already using her. The chances of everyone being happy with a vendor is slim and if you do come across the poor reviews before they're removed from this site maybe you can take up your concerns with jenn before you book her.

i would not book her on the pure fact that she is having them pull the negative threads. that speaks volumes.
im sure this will be pulled in time.

Can someone FM me please on what is being said. I booked her. I think she did a nice job with my hair for the trial.
I know she pretty much communicates only via e-mail, and it may take her a few days to get back to you. But I don't consider that a bad thing.
And I know her computer just got fried and she e-mail everyone wanting to know what dates they were booked for so she could redo her calendar.

She sent a mass e-mail saying her hard drive got fried but she still had everyone's contact information.
perhaps if she didn't contact some people there were problems with communication.
But I would send her an e-mail to confirm you still have because you heard she lost some information.
I was going to look into her for my hair but I changed my mind because I have been hearing neg things about her on here. I also wouldnt book her because all the negative posts about her are being pulled (prob by her). Every one has a right to their opinion, if she did a bad job then take negative critisim and suck it up and stop pulling posts!!!
I booked with Jenn and didn't get an email, either. I'd assume that if you also booked Oksana, that Oksana has all of our info. I know, personally, when I booked with them, Oksana wrote it into a book and filed my receipt in there. Not sure why Jenn would email asking everyone their info when she could just refer to the booking/deposit receipts.
i just sent jenn an email just in case. i do have a contract w/ her though. i never got a receipt from oksana but just a confirmation via email that she has my info.
So if she took your photos after January she still have them??

I had a trial with her. It was good. I liked someone else better, but she was very nice and did good work when I met with her.
