how much is usually asked of you to put down on a house ??

my FH and I are house looking and its so damn confusing ..............

i dont think i can afford to buy a house and pay for a wedding

i think i need a job that pays more moneyyyy

FH and I had to do an FHA loan and weput down 10%... there are added fees during closing though

ya know I was thinking..buying a house is like everyone makes a piece off of you.

It's basically the Gov't money laundering...there should be lower closing costs IMO..then people could buy!

ug this is what scares me more than getting married..i feel like i need to start reading books on this

Me too! Especially since we plan on living in NYC for at least 5 more years!

My mom is a real estate broker, so hopefully she'll be able to help us out when we do take the plunge!
