How much is it for postage for each invitation? Is 63 cents the standard for all of them or are we supposed to have it weighed first? I just don't want to buy the wrong stamps.

actually the postage went down for .63 cent stamps, they're now .58...but yes usually those how much invitations are, you can get them weighed at the post office to find out for sure

It depends on weight, size, etc. Best to finish one and have it weighed.

My moh who's getting married in june used a .63 postage for the invitations and regular .39 postage for the reply envelope. Her invitation was pretty thick too!

The new rate doesn't take effect until 5/15.

put one together and take it to get weighed, its the best route to go. fyi postage is increasing by .02 on may 14th.......just looking out for you!!

Make sure you get it weighed -- I had a friend who just guessed and didn't put enough postage and all of her invites got sent back to her. Can you imagine??

I'd be so annoyed!!!! Did she re-do the envelopes or just restamp them?

standard is .63, but depending on the invitation. Ours was .87, so you should check w/ the post office

Usually the minimum is $0.63, but it could be more, depending on the envelope size. Helps to have them weighed when there is no humidity (I was told by the PO and the invite place).
