When I was in High School, my mom bought me jeans.. (because I would never take the time back then to do it myself...) Well, she bought me a nice pair of blue corduroy..
Unfortunately, the label on the jeans was 'WOLFMAN'. I was wearing a pair of freaking WOLFMAN jean. And whenever I walked into the clasrrom.. I would hear this howling for some reason or another. I wondered what my classmates were up to until I put 2 and 2 together.
I cam home took off the label.. which only made things worse for me.. The 'howling' just got louder.. LMAO
Anyways, thank God there was another kid whoi wore 'DEVIL DOG' jeans. It kinda got me off the hook.
I may have written this on a post before but it was too funny. I had to tell it again.
Now let's hear what embarrassed you!

i was a teenager...that says it all...but it might have to be bike shorts, the ones that are black and go to just above your knee. yeah, those were stylin..or my tie dyed jumper. rock on.

OMG!! I just remembered bike shorts. I had them in every color. I loved my black ones w/ the aqua strip along the sides.

I think about the parachute pants and those florescent exercise style pants I wore, dreadful just dreadful. The eighties were scary for fashion!

remember the slouchy socks over the pants, tightening the cuff of pants and then rolling, the neon stage, the acid washed jeans, shoes boots, and cavariccis (sp?), those pants gave me the biggest wedgies.

If i had to pick one outfit...It was this puke green stirrup pant outfit that had some animal picture on it. Ugh! Gotta love the eighties.

Anything I wore in my 1980's Guidette - club bunny phase..... especially the hair.
OOh, when I was 11 or 12 I thought I was Madonna, and I wore a lacy see through half-shirt with a bright red lace bra under it and all the rubber bracelets. It looked really bad, especially considering it was a training bra

did anyone have Champion sweatshirts in every color and matching E.G.Smith socks to accessorize. I wore them with my Big John jeans and ofcourse a pair of leather Keds...

prety much everythinf, but what stands outin my mind eis myhead to to tie-dye outfit circa 1988.
It was darkteal blue & black tie dyed leggings & oversized tee-shirt, that i wore with a blac belt buckle that you pull the corner of the shirt through, and double socks- blue& black on one foot, and reversed it for black, themn blue on the other fit.,and white keds, of course.
I had a giant perm & braces to complete the look

Neon & Day-glo clothing, Chic Jeans, Bongo Jeans, Gloria Vanderbelt Jeans, Capizios, JAG clothing, Fiorucci, JAMS, Roach clips with feathers & beads, banana clips, rubber bracelets, friendship pins, leg warmers, ponytails on the side of your head..
OMG.. I could go on forever.. I was a total '80's kid.. and back then we all thought it was cool!!.. LOL what were we thinking???

OMG, this thread has me peeing!! Thank God I have my diaper on today!!
The madonna look I got caught up in too. Three lace tops (one neon orange, one white and one black) layered over one another with a black bra on. Gasket bracelets all over the place, a messy perm tied back with some rag looking bow thing, the crucifix and yes, even the fingerless gloves. I can't believe my mother would let me out of the house that way. And to think I used to strut my $hit all over Tri-County like I was the bomb back then! Holy cow!!

stirrup pants!!!!!! ack!!!!!!!! i thought i was such a woman in those pants...i was 8!!! or one time, my science teacher had jeans with a crease in them, so i went home and ironed a crease into a pair of jeans. i was 12!

Big John Jeans oh my god I posted this before I loved those jeans and my E.G. Smith socks. I use to cut my champions about a 1/4 of the way down the neck and then lace it up with string LOL, and my slip on leather keds. Right after that came my palazzo pants and shoe boots with a body suit LOL I thought I was soo 90210.
