Is free groom's rental and 1/2 price on dad's tux okay?

1 groom 1 best man 6 GM 1 Ring Bearer 2 Dads
we are getting grooms tux and 1 more for free
so we decided to give it to the best man

I want to give mine to my dad since he's paying for the wedding! Might as well save him $150 bucks on a tux!
Maybe I'll try to talk them into throwing in the whole tux for free. The guy said if I had two more rentals, I would be able to get the whole tux for free...

trust me i wanted to do that as well...my parents are paying for 75% of my hall! But my FI said its not fair to his dad. So before a fight came out of it we just said let the best man have it!

oh, no. my dad is getting the free tux. Well, in my case, my FH's dad is no longer with us, so it's my FH's mom's boyfriend that's getting the tux. Between him and my dad... guess who's getting the free tux.
although it seems like a no-brainer to me, there will still probably be a fight over it. But I think my dad deserves a free tux for putting $30K into the wedding!

oh i totally agree!!! there was just nooo way his dad was getting it. $$$ is tight and i get that but to give him a free tux when my dad gave cash?! Nope wasnt going to happen...NEVER!! plus our best man his son is our RB and he still needs to get him a tux...thats $75 (crazy what they charge for a 3 yr old!!)

My Godson is our ringbearer... he's 3. I was hoping his little tux would have been like 40 bucks or something. I guess no such luck, huh? Yikes!!!! (I guess they know they have us trapped.. we're not gonna make them wear a Bob the Builder shirt down the aisle!! )

yea 75$....i thought that was nuts. That was for a plain simple tux w/ matching vest! if i wanted the same tux as the guys it was the same price $135. God i think what they get for the GM is nuts nevermind a kid who will only prob be awake for the CH!!!
