I work with a girl who was engaged about 6 months before me and is getting married in vegas very soon. She is having a small party when she gets back.
She told me that she needed a person for hair/makeup for the day of her party and I told her about my girls. She booked a trial yesterday.
She e-mailed me pics, thanking me for recommending them. She told me that she booked the same girls I did. Then I looked at her pics and it was the SAME exact hairstyle I had for my trial. The hairstylist showed her a pic of mine and my co-worker requested the same exact hair style!
FH says imitation is the best form of flattery, but I've worked with this girl for years and she always seems to be taking bits and pieces of me.
I am officially creeped out.

Yes...your FH is right. It's a compliment that she wants to do things like you. You have good taste and maybe she is too insecure to make her own decisions. Whatever the case...be happy for her that she has someone COOL like you to copy off of !!! haha

i used to have people copy my artwork in school...and now when i do shows other photographers want to know my vendors I use to make my unique stuff...i want to scream...can't you be original??? Jeez...but it just means your doing something right and everyone esle likes it too!!

Exactlyl!!! It says A LOT about you and your style that she would want to have the same style as you!!!! I can see how at first you would think it may be a bit creepy........as long as she isnt' wearing the same wedding gown, I think it will be OK
