what's your beauty prep for the big day?

So Let's hear what you are doing to prep for your wedding. We all are most likely drinking lots of water, exercising and eating healthy but what else?

For me, i spend more time using a loofa on my elbows LOL, moisturing more, I have pretty good teeth but thought I should start with those white strips, maybe the month leading up to the wedding take lots of Emergen-C to boost immune system.

i started the crest white strips 3 days ago. The box said that you can use it 2x a year so i might use it again in June.

I've been lotioning up a lot more now b/c i get extremely dry skin and it gets discolored if I don't so i want to make sure of that.

and i'm also considering facials a few months before the wedding

I agree with white strips and mosturizing more!

I also will do a good deep-conditioning on my hair about a week before

I will definitely do these as well! I think I am going to start investing in better hair products too like shampoo and conditioner.

I will also start going for more mani pedis leading up to the wedding since I want my own nails and I want to grow them a little

i've done them years ago and i got so many compliments... so i guess they do work!

I want to get the white strips too! I should probably stop drinking gallons of coffee a day too if I want my teeth whiter. I finally went to the dermo and got some medicine for my face so hopefully I look better soon!

my biggest prep has been with my skin. I went to the derm and got a complete regimen so im glowing on the wedding day. Other then that I have been doing a salt scrub on my body once a week to exfoliate.

and of course exercise and eating clean

I wanna do the white strips too.....I want a nice white smile on the big day!!!
