I have been getting microdermabrasion and facials once a month for the last 3 months and will continue to do so for the next three months until the wedding.

I've been getting facials every 2 weeks, for 3 months prior to the wedding. I still got like 3 pimples a week before though Oh and the day before the wedding, I went with my MOH for a full body massage. What a relaxing experience! I came out so rejuvenated and ready to face the next day. I highly recommend every bride carves out an hour for one the day before.
I'm booked for Microdermabrasion and photo Facial's for the next 3 months.

I had a microdermabrasion facial on Friday, Im going for a cleansing facial this thursday and then I go back for another microdermabrasion. I start tanning this week, and no carbs after 5pm!

Spa190, which is part of Salon Blue in Mineola. 248-2583, I went to Stacy. Shes very sweet. I think the micro is 100 and the cleansing facial is 85?

I don't usually take multi vitamins (which I should) but I was sure to take one every morning the whole month before which I feel helped my skin and definitely helped me not get sick!
I was also sure to have a tan (not too pale and not too dark) and no straplines!
And my makeup artist used mineral makeup!

Worked out like crazy Drank plenty of water for my skin and cause I like to drink water Try to sleep as much as you can Tanned once a week Stayed away from high carb/salt food (that will bloat you)

definitely don't want a bloated look. Im worried that my face will be puffy that day b/c the RD is the night before and coming home late and probably not being able to sleep will make me puffy!!
Does cold compresses work on a puffy face?? Any suggestions?

Laser hair removal ...ouch but well worth it. Hair color & hi-lites - growing my hair out - teeth whitening appt. coming up for fh & I, I'll get some tanning sessions in to give a hint of color to my pale Irish self

i kept my hair trimmed and used the clear hard as nails to make them strong. i also drank lots of water to flush out my system and keep hydrated!

I was student teaching up until a week before the wedding. I made sure to wash my hands SOOOO THOROUGHLY literally every chance I got. If I saw someone sneeze even while walking around the mall or something, I made a sharp turn in the other direction. I also avoided being in a large crowd where people are close together because I didn't want to catch anything.
Let me say also that I am a germ magnet. If someone sneezes a mile away, the germs all group together and find me..... seriously
Hmm lets see, I was also afraid of biting my gum accidentally while eating and developing a canker sore, so 2 weeks before, I started eating slower and more carefully- ummm yes, it's safe to say I went insane.. but... I WASN'T SICK FOR MY WEDDING!!! No cold, no canker sore, no nothing
Then of course on my honeymoon I got a nasty sunburn
