so now idk if our budget that we had in mind is not realistic with our venue. hows everyone else doing with their budgets?

I would really rather not spend over $30k...but if I spend $35k..i guess its not the end of the world...I am just going to have to keep workin my butt off!!!
thats what we decided last night. we'd feel better setting it at 35 and being a bit under than setting it at 30 and being over.

We can do 30k but I dont want it to be over 20 ... im aiming for 15-18k ....

I don't know what my budget is anymore!
My mother was going to give me money for the wedding but now she's saying she's giving it to me in an envelope at the wedding like everyone else? Um Help?!?!
I was kinda counting on the amount she was giving me to pay for a vendor or two... I'm guessing I have more saving to do.
Now I'm glad I am having the wedding 2 years from this September. Payment plans will be a life saver!

We're looking to keep it at $16,000. I think it's very doable. Ideally we'd only have 100 people coming to keep the costs down, but we'll see.

Ideally, I thought it could all be done for 25k. Then, I sat down one day and tried to figure out all of the expenses. The little stuff adds up. Looking at 40k now. Hopefully, we'll come in under.
