I am interested in seeing this RH but the guy on the phone was very rude. Now I know there are different people at each site to talk to so I dont want to not see this place because of one person.

They can be rude at times (we had the banquet director and was annoyed with our questions), but their rooms are gorgeous. I went there 2x and spoke with 2 different people - very different in personality. See if you can get an apt with Mike Tinnelli - he was so helpful with us. HTH! Good Luck!

Re: Whats your experience with Fox Hollow
I am booked at fox hollow and I had an experience one time when I called and whoever I was talking to was extremely rude. However, when you go there in person everyone is so kind. That's just life, I guess. Some people know how to communicate and others don't.
My BM is Bruce. Ask for him. He is fantastic and definitely made us feel like family. Still does even after we booked!
HTH!

My co worker had her wedding there and it was beautiful! However, she did mention how towards the end some of the staff were rude as she was finalizing everything. At one point she had to keep calling because they didn't return her calls...they only called her back to ask her when she was going to drop off the last payment.

Re: Whats your experience with Fox Hollow
AGH! i almost never wanted to go to FH in person after my first set of experiences.
Called once - immediately after answering the phone, an older woman started screaming at someone else for a few minutes, then told me a BM would call me back....but without taking my name OR phone number
Second time - got a guy on the phone who wasn't rude, but wasn't warm either. He was very brusque and curt. I was trying to explain that my mom had actually spoken to him before and he didn't get it/remember.
Basically, at this point I told my mom I didn't even want to go see them but we had the appointment made.
In person - LOVE. Period. The end. I went in with FH and my parents. the girls at the front desk were so genuinely sweet. The woman who showed us to the hospitality room and got us drinks was very welcoming, plus the bagels and danish didn't hurt And Jennifer was an absolute doll. She told us everything we needed to know, fielded all of our questions, and I knew I not only wanted FH but also Jen as my BM.
If you're willing to look past the crappy first time, Fox Hollow is completely worth it.
