Its a toss up between tortellini alfredo and homemade pizza, and homemade foccacia - and yes i can make it (except for the foccacia - ive never attempted making dough from scratch!)

Oh gosh I have too many favorites! But I can make most of them! To name a few - Baked ziti, shrimp scampi, sunday sauce with pasta (still working on the meatballs though)....

Same here, and chicken scallopini ... I can cook both, and have found healthier versions that taste almost as good!
Marsala isn't that difficult to make - you really just need marsala wine, and the rest of the ingredients are few and pretty easy to get if you don't have them already.
ETA - Cooking Light is one of the best things I've come across. I learned about them on my NCL cruise, and the recipes are healthier and almost taste like the original. It's not fat free, but they definitely reduce calories and fat. I highly recommend it!

My famous sauce with ANY KIND OF PASTA...Oh yea I make it...I kind of made FH get an extra freezer in the garage just to hold all my little containers of frozen sauce! He is always fishing, and putting all this frozen fish in the freezer...so I moved the fish to the garage to make room for my containers and containers of sauce!

hmmmm...I have couple!
mushroom turnovers (appetizer) french onion soup lemon/muenstar chicken and pasta grilled tuna w/ avacado salsa anything alfredo!
