I have only been to Cheesecake factory once and I can't remember what flavor I had but it was good. So my favorite is plain with straberries on top.

Junior's is amazing cheesecake. I always take a plain one home to TN. with me.
I also like my B52 Cheesecake. It's not Junior's, but it's pretty good.
