If you have an extra 10 minutes..this is actually very interesting. You put in your real age...then answer a bunch of questions about your lifestyle, medicial history, etc. and it tells you what your 'real age' is. (Think: Wii Fit Age kinda thing).
My actual age: 24 years, 9 months
My real age: 22 years, 6 months
(And how old I look....18 ) Wooohoo my body is biologically younger!
I did it a few months back and my real age was like 25 and my actual age is 28. Its really cool and if you sign up for their newsletter, they give you really cool things to think about

This made me feel slightly better....actual age is 29.2 and 'Real' Age is 27.7.
I would have done better if I had to energy to find my vitamin bottle to enter my daily intakes!

My 'real age' is 28 according to Wii Fit. I'm actually 24, so not SO bad.
ETA: I took the 'Real Age' quiz above and it says I'm actually 23 years old! A difference of 1.1 years. WHOO HOO!
