Re: what's your something borrowed?
I borrowed my aunt's handkerchief she used at her wedding. It is both my something borrowed and my something old; she's been married for 25 years.

Re: what's your something borrowed?
My 'something borrowed' is actually my something 'old' also. It is the capelet that my mother wore on her wedding day in February 1981. I get to use it 30 years later! (unless of course we have an unseasonably warm November next year!)

I'm also having a little piece of my Great-Grandmother's wedding dress pinned inside my gown. My Grandmother, Mother, Aunts, and Sister had it for their weddings. And now it's my turn! I feel like it's a great tradition!
I love this idea!
I haven't figured it out yet but my sister in law offered her headpiece. I hope it matches my dress!

I borrowed a diamond bracelet from my cousin. It was her mom my aunt who had passed away in September.

Re: what's your something borrowed?
My sister passed away a year ago. I plan on either wearing her earing from her wedding..... orrrr incorporating some part of her dress into something of mine. I want the borrowed part to mean something to me
