Since we're all looking to have an amazing wedding but with cutting costs whereever necessary, I thought I'd ask...what's your wedding budget?

Dress? $1,100, with veil and headpiece $1,420
Hair/Makeup? $1500 with all the hair trials, nails, teeth whitening, etc.
Cake? FREE
Cake Topper? None.
Shoes? $350 love the stuart weitzman shoes.
Invitations? $2,500
Receptional Hall? $35,000
DJ/Band? $5,500.00
Limos? $800.00
Honeymoon? $10,000.00
Wedding Rings? $2,000.00
Flowers? $3,500.00
Photography and Videography? $6,500.00
Did I miss anything else? All the little extras....
Save the dAtes...$200.00

Its more than my truck but less than the down payment on my house...I waited 13 freakin years for this...whatever it is...it is...

Whoaaaaa I actually just had to add all that up and holy crap its like double my budget... My jaw dropped instantly... I would Haha

Ii'm lucky to have both mine & FH's fam helping us pay for the wedding... Its really such a blessing isnt it!! I'm really going to try to stick with just the $$ they are giving us.. so we can try to make soemthinggggg back at the wedding

Hair/Makeup? Really no idea yet, but definitely hoping for like $500 including trials
Cake? FREE
Cake Topper? Don't know yet but hope it's not too much!
Shoes? $230
Invitations? FREE!! YAY for having FH in advertising!!!!
Receptional Hall? $33,000
DJ/Band? $6,500.00
Limos? $1200.00
Honeymoon? Not including this in our budget, b/c we're getting some of this taken care of thru FIL's timeshare, but thinking we'll need to put in about $4k ourselves for airfare and additional hotel time if we want it.
Wedding Rings? $1,500
Flowers? $3,000.00
Photography and Videography? $4,300.00

Dress, veil, shoes, hall, and photog are the actual prices.

Hair, makeup, Band, limos, honeymoon, rings and flowers are all estimates!

Also, we're planning to spent about $1,000.00 on attendant's gifts and $700 for favors.

OMG forgot abou tips on the day of!!!!

I feel this way now. I can hardly even type. Im just thinking wow I need to do alot of Over time. We are paying for almost everything ourselves. Orig Budget 25G now who knows...

Dress-with veil 5000
Hair/Makeup estimating about 250
Cake FREE!!!!
Cake Topper- Not having one
Shoes- The ones i love are 900
Invitations- STD's E-Party plus invites 1500
Receptional Hall-16000
DJ/Band-7000
Limos-1000
Honeymoon- estimating 7000
Wedding Rings-2000
Flowers-3000
Photography-5000
Videography-estimating 2800

Any extras like favors and other miscellaneos items, i will estimate about 1000 maybe but this could change
Grand Total of $51,450
This is not including tips either



All this while we are in the process of building a brand new house

Scary right...all this money on one day...
We're at 35K right now (us paying), thats without parents paying for flowers and dress/veil/shoes, and without us paying for wedding bands.....SCARY...I think it'll be over 50 by the time we're done...

I think I'll go throw-up now.

Our budget is $20,000 but I believe we've gone over

Dress- $650
Hair/Makeup: with trials... about $300
Cake FREE!!!!
Cake Topper- $10 DIY
Shoes- $95 (two pairs and flipflops)
Invitations- DIY $200
Receptional Hall- $12000 estimate
DJ/Band-$2375
Limos- $800
Honeymoon- not taking one til the summer
Wedding Rings-$1100
Flowers- $1300 estimate
Photography- $2500
Videography-$1200

That doesnt include misc. stuff. or my DOC, hotel, and attendant gifts.

Honestly, we're spending more than i thought, but thankfully NO credit cards!! I'm happy about that
My parents are paying for RH, invitations and favors - we are paying the rest so..............

Well, Our budget was $300,000, but we blew that months ago. I lost count at $500,000.
