So my daughter is 10 months old and I never tried to get rid of my baby weight. So now I need to get fit before my wedding in 1 year. It will take me a year because I'm sure to fall off the wagon a FEW times.
So ladies, what's your diet / workout plan?

running really goes a long way. You burn approx 100 cal per mile. And 1 mile should only take 10-15 min. Plus you are working muscles in your legs, but, stomach, arms, shoulders...
And it increases your metabolism so you feel like you are always hungry but you are burning more when you are standing still (or chasing after 10 month old)

I lost about 50 pounds on WW over two years ago. Now I'm just maintaining, but I continue to go to meetings. I also go to the gym at least 3 times a week.

I've been doing WW points and the wii active 30 day challenge for 11 days now. I feel like it's working, I'm not going on the scale until the end.

Bikram yoga!!! It changed my life! I kept a healthy diet of whole grains, lean protein (grilled chicken, egg whites), fruits and vegetables, TONS AND TONS of water daily. Also I did weights on my arms and elliptical.

I know exercise is good for us, but my plan since Jan. is eating 1200 calories daily. I've lost about 28 pounds!!! I am diabetic, so I'm careful with carbs containing sugar/flour. Mary MOB

Weight watchers- I lost 55lbs and I'm now a lifetime member.
I also go to the gym as much as possible (that varies week to week)

I agree with all the Weight Watchers folks - I've lost 20 pounds and kept it off for almost a year now!

Sounds like I need to give Weight Watchers a try. Once I get the weight off its time to tone up.

WW is the best...and just walking outside first thing in the morning when I wake up. I hate exercising, but when I walk I talk on the phone, so not only is it distracting but I get all of my calls in for the day
