Re: When addressing invitations...
we did address our inner, but you usally write the same thing although our friends did outside as Mr. and Mrs. David Dodge and inner as David & Kerry. It was special that they put our first names only

If we are close with the people, we just put first names on the inner envelopes.

this is what I heard...( and what we did)...but I like the casual first names only on the inner envelope. I guess it is preference.

Re: When addressing invitations...
I did Mr. and Mrs. John Smith on the outer, and informal on the inner, Jane and John.

Ms. would be a young woman who is not yet married. Or sometimes divorced/widowed women like to use Ms.
Miss is for a young girl.
We would all use Ms., but a girl under the age of (I'd say) 16 would be Miss. HTH!!
