Does the seller sign the offer or do they not sign anything until it goes to contract?

Re: When an offer is accepted...?
Nothing is official until the seller sends the contracts to your lawyer. You sign them. Then the contracts get sent back to the seller's lawyer. Seller signs them. Then the seller's lawyer mails back your copies of the contracts.
Its not official until all those steps are completed. There is no 'offer' that a seller signs.
