Closing the poll? I would like to get the next book..

I got the idea that not everyone wants the poll closed. I would like it closed myself so I can get the next book but I will go with whatever the majority wants to do. I just dont want to get into another discussion about being fair to everyone in the club - so im taking myself out of the decision process. I will just follow orders :D

I think it's definitely time to close it - it's been open for a while now, and everyone should have enough time to vote by now

Im just going to go rent which ever book is in the lead at this point and if it wins the poll ill be ahead of the game.. if it does not,then i will have read and extra book...lol

Its so hard to get consensus since not everyone participates on this board.

Thats what i thought.. i am not sure we even have that many people who have joined the book club... i say close it..

I cant imagine someone getting mad because you closed it early, i mean you did do all of this on your OWN personal time for us as a curtesy...

I think the voting has lasted long enough, however, the original post about the poll says the winner will be announced on 2/11. But if we want to close it now, why don't we post on the boards that the poll is closing tonight. That way noone can say they thought it would remain open longer.
