I'm trying to figure out when to leave. I wanted to leave the next day but everyone is advising me not to because i have an evening wedding and will be up late counting envelopes. Plus the day after my wedding is a holiday so airfare will be more.

wedding sunday afternoon but after party that night and may have OOT guests till Monday os bright and early Tuesday morning

We're getting married on a Saturday so most likely either late Sunday night or early Monday morning.

our wedding is a thurday night..(4th of july weekend) so we plan to leave the following tuesday/wednesday when all that weekend traveling dies down a little

Next morning we have an 8am flight!!
ETA- airfare was not more on MLK I don't think too many people consider it a holiday, there was hardly a difference in cost if we had left tuesday

MLK isn't like Labor or Memorial day, only some people have off so it really doesn't make a difference.
Also our reception ends at midnight, but we figure who cares we wont sleep that night we'll be so hopped up from excitement it wont matter.

LOL i was thinking the same thing about getting sleep that night. I'd much rather get rest on the plane or when we get to our resort. Where are you going for your HM? Imagine if we see each other at the airport! That'd be pretty cool!

i am leaving the day after the wedding. the cruise leaves from puerto rico late in the evening so we are flying out to puerto rico in the afternoon to give us a little time to sleep in

Our wedding is a saturday night, we are leaving for our HM that MOnday morning. We are having a brunch on Sunday morning and it gives us time to chill for 24 hours.
