I'm meeting with them a month before to make my final menu choices.

I guess it depends on the RH, but mine called last week to schedule my tasting in the middle of August (wedding is Oct. 30)

i think it's usually a month or 2 before the wedding.

It depends on the RH. Ours likes to do 3wks before so you have a better idea of a head count. Just call and ask!

I think the Fox Hollow it is 3 months before..but I could be wrong. Any Fox Hollow brides know?
