i know i have time but i need to know when to order them and sent them out. any help would be great

I;d say anywhere from 8 to 10 weeks out.

I am sending them out this weekend for my Feb. 20th wedding. Its a little early but I dont want them getting mixed up with all the holiday mail.

I would start looking now. Its always better to order a little early. Incase there are delays in shipping and also you give yourself time to have them addressed without rushing. ETA. I ordered mine this summer.. I think August just to make sure I had them in time.

it is never to early to start looking and order.. I would start now-- I have mine already and need to get them to the calligrapher the beginning of Jan.. to send out first week of Feb for my April wedding.
Also- if there is a probem- you have time to fix it. I love my invites- but there was a printing problem- I received them- but I sent them back to the printer and they are probably going to re do them- but, I have time for that!! thank god.
