How long before your wedding do your bridesmaids have to get fitted? Like, by what point should they have that taken care of?

my dress shop said within a month before the wedding, but more than 2 weeks before the wedding to allow time for the seamstress to make the alterations.

My girls are going in a month before the wedding. If you do it too early they may not fit due to gaining/losing weight.

We just had a pre fitting to make sure the dresses were ok, then the actual fitting will be in June, one month before.

I plan on sending mine 4 weeks before. But my sister may go later...she might be pregnant!

My girls are getting fitted where I bought their dresses (and mine too)..the Patchogue Bridal Suite. They told me to get them done about 4 months before but I am going to do about 5-6 months because I have 2 girls from out of state and I want to make sure they fit with no stress about time.
