when baking brownies...

what do you use? baking sheet, corningware,...?
i like to use a baking sheet but notice the edges always harden up. anyone know how to avoid this? i threw out 1/4 of the batch i made last week for a party bc the edges hardened... and the brownies went so fast.. i wish i had more! silly question, i know.. but gotta ask!

I use glass corningware. Just a little hint for you about the edges...if you cover them with aluminum foil all the way around the pan you use, they will not harden. It keeps some of the direct heat off when you use the foil, so the edges won't cook as quick and make them hard. Hope that makes sense.

i wish i didn't have to make mine either!

misty - think i'll be ordering me one of them!!! pain in the butt when they harden up. i guess it's also the dark pan i am using.. doesn't help.

Sounds like you need a Pampered Chef consultant. Its a great brand of stoneware cookware. If you want more info FM me. I can give you the name of my consultant. Its a home based company like tupperware.
