do you choose your seats?

Where do you prefer to sit?

sometimes you can, i think it depends on when you book and which airline. I prefer the aisle.

I always pick my seats! If there is a row of 2 then I pick that one so it can be just me and FH If it is just me and FH, I like the window. But if there is someone else in our row, I like the aisle (cause I hate asking other people to get up when I need to use the restroom!)

When I am flying alone I pick the aisle, but I' m ok with the window, b/c I never get up. I just don't want the middle .

I had a few chocies of aisle seats & DH told me to pick the one that only had 1 empty seat behind it ,b/c most likely there wouldn't be kids behind me!

When we are flying together I try & book seats in the row of 2, depending on the palne., so it's just us.

I don't have to much of a prefernce for front, middle back, on the flight I just booked, I am near the wing for all 4 flights, b/c that was what was left.

I don't care about choosing my seat - as long as I'm next to DH and I've got ear plugs and a good book, it doesn't matter to me.

Always choose the front of the plane (has the least amt of noise) always an aisle. Gotta get to the bathroom!

I pick my seat (haha!!!!) and always choose the window. Emergency aisle too if I can, for that extra leg room.....

You can use this website, Seat Guru, to look up almost any plane. It shows you which are good and bad seats to help you choose. It is pretty cool!

i like window or aisle.

the airlines i have taken recently, dont allow you to choose your seat until you check in. but i check in early, so i usually dont have a problem. i dont care where i am in the plane, but i prefer not the front and not right next to the bathroom.

I like the window & usually try as close up front as possible.

If there are only two seats, I prefer the window, if there are three seats across, the aisle otherwise I feel corned in and a little claustrophobic. Up near the front of the plane.

I heard on the news last night that one of the airlines (I think Northwest) is going to start charging Coach class passengers and extra $15 if they want an aisle seat, or an emergency row exit seat.

I HATE to fly but when I do I prefer sitting towards the front of the plane and like sitting at a window seat.

Re: When booking flights....

If I can, yeah, I like to choose my seats. I like the window (even though I know that usually means I'll have to ask someone to excuse me b/c I inevitably have to on almost every flight )

And like to choose as far up front as possible - I hate being the last one off the plane - but then again, I hate being the last one to get on too. I'm just very impatient.

This is why I try not to go Southwest -I like knowing where I am sitting.
