When did you give the bridal party thier gifts? What did you give the readers?

When do we give the bridal party the gifts - at the rehearsal dinner or at another time. Also, did you give your 'readers' gifts as well?

Any ideas on what to get the 'readers' as gifts?

at the RD, and the readers got their gifts at the RD as well.

We are giving them at the rehearsal dinner along with the readers gifts.
