We had our 1st date 2 weeks after seeing each other... I knew then.
ETA: I knew because he not only was he chivalrous (doors, chair, etc), but he was charming, funny, and overall interested in getting to know me more. I knew he was the one because I knew he was someone I didn't want to live without.

He didn't know so quickly - he fought it.
One night I got so drunk I told him to stop wasting his time with other girls - that I will be his wife one day...his response... 'I am NOT marrying you'
