When did you or are you purchasing wedding rings??
Yes, this is a silly question and Yes, I know theres no rule as to when you should purchase rings... but... how far in advance did you get your rings?? or when are you getting them in comparison to your wedding day?!?!

FH wants something I can't find, so as soon as we see what he wants we're going to get it even if its really far in advance. With mine, its when we find a really good deal.

We got our's from Elsa's in Farmingdale. She's great and has a great reputation. She'll make whatever you want to fit your budget.

we got ours right before thanksgiving. we wanted to just get that out of the way and when we went shopping the first time, we found rings we loved right away. it was great.

We did about 3 months before the wedding.
When we picked them up I wanted to wear it all the time. DH had to hide it from me.

We got ours in November for our May wedding. I couldn't wait, plus I had to order them in advance so that I could get a discount at work...that was a great excuse...I love them!

FH bought my wedding band when he bought my engagement ring.. i guess he knew i'd say yes plus it matches my engagement ring and he didn't want to have to go back and them not have it and then wait 6 months for them to get it in. i still haven't bought his ring though because i find a bunch of rings he likes, but none that he loves. he's much more difficult then i was.

We haven't gotten ours yet but we have a year. I've already picked out what I want FH on the other hand is very picky.

My FH is the same way! When we went to look for E-rings for me, he found a wedding ring he really liked (boarder line loved), but haven't had a chance to go back and find it again!!
I found my perfect wedding band when we got my e-ring appraised, but he wanted to wait and look a little more. Ok - I don't mind jewelry shopping!

We bought our wedding bands in Sept. for our February wedding. So 8 months in advance I was so excited I couldnt wait any longer!

FH and I took a trip there this week. ANd loved them!! They can be on the pricer end of things but its worth it in the long run! No one will have my wedding band because it's custom made!! YAY!! We just started the process so we should have our rings by May!
