I am less then 1 month, should we tell the parents only? I feel like we should but I am not sure.... Please share your thoughts!

I waited about 12 weeks.... Then just told my parents and my god parents-- I didnt want any one else to know and before I knew it the whole family found out!!!

we were about 6 weeks when we told our parents - we COULDNT WAIT!!
then we told rest of family about 8 weeks
told work at 12 weeks - this was the hardest keeping it in from everyone, but I wasn't comfortable sharing until I hit 2nd trimester!

I was about 7 weeks nad we told our family and friends. I couldn't keep in in. I was too excited.

I told the parents and a few very close friends right away. I felt that if GOD forbid something did happen then I would need their love and support anyway. There was no reason for the secret IMO. I told work at 8 weeks because I had a very long commute and I was so darn tired all the time. Good thing I did because at 10 weeks my leg nerve compressed and I started working from home asap. I could barely walk somedays. The doctors said the commute would aggreviate the condition even worse. I am glad I told my boss in person before that happened.

We told our parents at 10 weeks for Mother's Day, then family and friends around 12-13 weeks. I waited to tell work until around 16 weeks, only becuase thats what I was most comfortable with. Its hard to keep such a big secret!

We told our parents 3 days after we found out @ 6 weeks. A few friends around the same time and we'll be telling the rest of the family in about 2 weeks when I'll be 12 weeks. It's so hard though - I want to scream it from the tops of buildings!!!

I told my mother about an hour after I found out and we told his parents I think 2 days later. I told my sister the same day. We waited to tell some of the rest of the family until my 6 week sonogram. I am 11 weeks and my job already knows (I kind of look pregnant now and I called into work because of morning sickness).

We told people at different times. His mom was the 1st to know and that was at 6 weeks. I waited to tell my parents because I wanted to tell them in person. It was killing me, not to tell my mom. We just told them last weekend and I was 10 1/2 weeks. Now everyone knows and I am almost 12 weeks.

We told our parents and siblings at 8 weeks. We started telling everyone else after 12 weeks.

We told my mom and his parents as well as our siblings around 7 weeks. We told our 2 closest friends around 9 weeks. Everyone else was after the 13 week mark.

With Emma IMMEDIATELY - 4 weeks
With this one I told DH and my mom happened to be at my house when he got home from work and he blurted out to Emma 'so your gonna be a big sister huh?' that did it there. I was 4 weeks. With IL's we told them at our rehearsal dinner 2 weeks later.
My best friend was in the bathroom with me when I took the test. I told my stepfather (I was having a heart attack~I was in Florida, Brian was in NY and I was a wreck!) and my doctor that day. I told my boss a week later when I starting spotting at work and I was having a nervous breakdown. I told my sister and mother that weekend. So I found out at 4 weeks and told my family at 5 and a half weeks.
