They say look at least a year before for yours. Wedding dresses usually take 7-9 months to come in. The bm dresses you have more time.
I got my dress in Jan, one year prior to wedding and bm dresses I am going for in two weeks.

I actually just tried on my first dresses yesterday!! I've been browsing magazines but I had no idea what style would look best on me.. I went to david's bridal just because I know they have a lot and its reasonably priced.
After I went I found a few dresses I loved and now know that an a-line is definitely what I need! So now when I look in magazines I can cross off what just won't work!!
For BM.. I've been looking online just for color because the blue I want is a hard shade to find. Now that I found a hue, I can relax knowing its out there!

I started looking on-line and in magazines right after i got engaged just to find styles i like. In Nov MOH and I went to try on dresses to see if the styles look ok. I am still looking at pics and probably wont start really looking till the summer

well im gttin a new dress cause the first one is bad luck to me considering i was originally suppose to be married this past may 3 rd. but i am gonna go in march that will give me a year and as far as bridal party im only having moh and flower girl and they already have theirs from last time so that saves me sometime

My dress is already bought. I am the type of person that when I want something I just go and get it. I saw the dress in a Brides Mag, FH and I were looking through it together and he saw the dress and said I would look sick in it b/c of my butt. That was in September. I bought my dress in November at the Simone Carvalli Trunk Show. My BM's will be tortured in 2 weeks at the Jim Hjelm trunk show.

I started looking for wedding dresses now. I actually found my dress at kleinfelds. as for the BM dresses im gonna wait a little longer maybe before a year before the wedding to get those dresses done.
