Can anyone tell me how far in advance BM dresses should be ordered? Also, has anyone ordered them online? If so, where and how was the experience?

I would say 6 months.. then you have time just in case!!

I say 6 months to be safe.
I ordered mine from RK Bridal and they told me you only need three months. But in case of any mix up I did it a little less than 6 moths before. I got emails from them saying they will be in the end of June..which is only two months.
I went to RK to place my order but you can order from them online (www.rkbridal.com). I did their no-frills plan so we picked our own sizes and our own dresses (all the girls picked different dress) which would pretty much be the same as ordering online. I only went to the store because it was convenient enough for me and most of the girls wanted to try on the dresses.
