Hi everyone--My dress has a detachable train. I am getting married at my hall but we are taking pivtures at the hall first. I will arrive by limo but my guests won't be there yet. The first time FH sees me will be to help me out of the limo. SHould I have my train on when I get into the limo or should I attach it later???
ETA--My dress is in and I tried it on yesterday. I am so happy!!!!

Whether or not you detach the train before or after I think would depend on how much of a PITA it would be to detach and re-attach. If it's not a big deal, I would have it on before getting into the limo and then take it off before the reception.
If it is a big deal, then I would only wear it for the ceremony. I guess it also depends on whether or not you want the train for your pictures.

i had a detachable train and did the same set up with pics and such. truth be told it is a bit cumbersome ...so i opted not to wear it into the limo

I was just wondering if, once I get to the hall, will I be too overwhelmed to stand still to have them attach the train??????
I know that there will be plenty of people to help me, so that is not an issue.
Maybe it will depend on whether I have time to have my mom attach it before the limo comes to her house to get me!!
