Hi girls, I am getting married on April 15, 2006 (tax day). When should I send out my invites? When should I request the RSVP's by? Thanks for all your help. I LOVE THIS WEBSITE.

well you need all your rsvps at least 5 weeks before the wedding and you usually give people 4 weeks to rsvp so min 9 weeks i would send them out like 1 or 2nd week in feb

Yeah I agree I would def. do at least 6 weeks minimum That way you have plenty of time for head counts...and you know there will be people that won't rsvp!!! grrrr....

my wedding is a week after yours and I am sending them out somewhere around March 1, or that first week in March.

Ha I must be anal, because I'm sending mine out the third week of January and I'm 2 weeks after you, but this is because we're inviting only 10 people above our minimum and want to make sure we have enough time to invite more people should we get some 'no's'.
I would also check with your hall to see when you need to give them the final head count by and then send the invites about 5-6 weeks before that with the response due about 2 weeks before you have to give the final count.

My wedding is March 31st & I am sending my invites out on January 2nd. The RSVP date is February 17th.

We are getting married January 15th. I am planning on sending my invites out towards the end of October and having the RSVP date around December 10th. I don't want the invites getting put in the same pile as the Christmas cards!
