And how about the RSVP. How long are you supposed to give them? I kinda wanna know about a month a half before the wedding, or is that way too quick??

I sent mine out yesterday for our Nov. 1 wedding. Gave them about 4 weeks to respond which will be 6 weeks before the wedding.
Two months is enough time but if you want the responses back 6 weeks before then they need to out two and half months prior. You should give 4 weeks for the response to come back.

wedding is in about 7 weeks, sent them out 6 weeks ago, and the rsvp's are due back next week (6 weeks before)

I sent mine out on august 15 - my wedding is oct 25. my rsvp date is sept 25.
I would say you'd be safe sending yours out early october - your wedding is right after the holidays so you may want to give people a little more time. maybe even late sept.

9/27 - Invites are going out 11/24 - RSVP date
The RSVP date get's them back right before Holiday season goes into full swing and the post office is crazy.

I sent mine out 7-8 weeks before the wedding date. The RSVP date is 4 weeks before the wedding.

We sent ours out in mid July and they are due back September 26th, one month b4 the wedding. I think we may have given guest too much time to respond! Hope they don't forget to send them in
