The cake is included with the reception but they have a seperate bakery that does the cake. Should i call the baker or just bring a picture of what i want the cake to look like when we go to pick out the food and stuff?
Go down and see the baker a month before the wedding. Bring prictures of the cake styles you like and they'll show you pictures of the cakes they normally do as included in your reception package. If you don't like any of theirs and you want a different one, they may charge you extra if it's more work.
Giorgios will let you know, just speak to them. It is usually a few weeks before the wedding. Bring a picture and I can tell you from my experience, have any particulars written down so they do not forget!
funny you brought this up, I just called the baker my hall uses to ask the same question. They told me a few weeks in advance is plenty of time. They suggested I come down (make an appt first) & they will show me all the options.
