when do you...

schedule appointments to meet with your vendors right before the wedding? i know i have to with the RH and church and dj; but how soon before the wedding? and what about the florist or photographer or limo company? do you just touch base with them right before? we're coming upon 2 months and i am starting to worry about all that has to be done and don't want to forget anything.

we're getting married 9/16

I have already had one final appt with the florist on 7/27
My next and hopefully final will be 8/12

my DJ is on 8/10

already met with the officiant in July as well....so just to give you an idea. for October..I would start calling people in the beginning of Sept.
