Meet with all your vendors to finalize everything?? I havent even spoke to my DJ company since I booked do I call them do they call me??
mine actaully all sent emails asking me to make appts...this was a few weeks before the day
I took the initative and started calling for my final appiontments and such. LOL But most were 2-3 weeks before.
My vendors all called me last week.....my wedding is in 17 days....so I would say about 3-4 weeks before!!
I called and scheduled the RH and Florist already b/c those are the most involved...the DJ is gonna wait until a month before...and I talk to my photographer all the time...

Me too!
About 1 month before on all of them.
My DJ called me exactly a month before..we have an appointment for the 19th... I'm always in touch with my Photo....Florist I called on my own to pay her off earlier....and the RH is 2 weeks prior..LOL...Tha'ts it..
