When do you ask the RB and FG parents to have their kids be a part of the wedding? Also the readers at the church? Our wedding is still over a year away and I wanted to ask everyone in person but I wont see my cousin (reader) and her son(RB) until Thanksgiving since they live upstate. Is the phone too impersonal or can I put it off that long? I dont want it to look like they were teh second choice when they were far from that.
Any suggestions?

Why not make them something and send it to them? Maybe you can call the parents and tell them something special is in the mail to make it more personal and exciting.

I asked months ago for the fg.. but she thankfully already has a 500 dollar dress for that day lmao...
I dont think it really matters. As long as they let you know if its definitely okay :)

our RB lives in Az so we asked over the phone I dont think its a big deal u could just say I was going to wait till I saw u but I just couldnt wait because I am so excited HTH
