Usually after the first dance

I did it before the first dance because I didn't want to hold the dress during or drag it around and worry about DH stepping on it.

I did it right after the ceremony and after all pictures were done. I think it's hard to dance with the train around your arm.

right before the reception was when i did it. we did pics after the ceremony and i was holding onto my dress for that....but before we were announced into reception i bustled.

traditionally its after the first dance--but who wants to leave the reception right after that to be bustled in the bridal suite??? not me!

I bustled right before the reception, there was no way I was going to dance our first dance with my dress on my wrist-no way
