I have my daughters sweet 16 at The sterling and they said floor plan is a month before, Im wondering if this is at catering halls, I am at the Riviera and wondering if this is the same way there and all halls. The issue I have is I am getting place cards made, I am calling today to see if I can get them earlier but didn't know if this was the norm.

I got a floor plan months ago(back in February) from the Venetian. There should be no reason they can't email you a copy of it if you ask.
