their personalized dress hangers or anything else wedding related? Is it at the bridal shower or bachelorette or rehearsal dinner?

I'm going to have them all get together for lunch or dinner a couple of days before the rehearsal dinner as a thank you and give it to them then

my cousin gave us really awesome 'oh sh!t' bags the night before the wedding at the rehearsal dinner, but if you're doing hangers and everyone is at one place for a final fitting or something you can do that then - kind of like a little lead in to the bigger gift?

I am having a brunch/lunch for the girls and will give them their gifts then.

I'm going to probably do it at the rehearsal dinner. I just think that's the best time when everyone is together.

Giving ours out at the RD which is the Friday night before the wedding

i did it at the RD but my RD was a whole week before teh wedding
