we gave em a head count about 3 weeks before the wedding. but the last day to add or delete people was 2 days before the wedding.

Ours is 5 days and that's when we give them our life savings too.

hmmm not sure. but, my wedding is in 11 days and I haven't given it to them yet - i can tell ya that much! i do have an appt there on friday night so i am guessing they'll ask for it then.

That seems early to me... our RH said about 4-5 days before the wedding.
You should ask them if that it also the very last day to add or remove people...

according to the contract, my final numbers and final payment are due the monday before the wedding (wedding is on a sunday)
