When do you order FG dresses?

Does it have to be with the BM dresses? My Fg live out of state what should I do??? I think I totally dropped the ball on this one!

I live out of state and my little sister (FG) has not ordered her dress yet (note my wedding date is way before yours) I called my stepmom today and told her to get on it !!!

I think I may have to start lighting fire under some A$$es....

I have not gotten the Fg dress yet.. I am going to see what macys has for easter if not.. I am sure I will find something in time

for a little girl they dont need any alterations... they are kids

I think you would want to do it much closer to the wedding, because kids grow so fast. If I were you I would take advantage of easter, the department stores have beautiful dresses for little girls this time of yr. Her FG could be her easter dress and save the parents a little money that way.

I think it depends on the age of the FG. My official FG is 9 today!!!!! She isn't growing so much that she changes sizes every month. My other FG (only if she is walking by then) is still so young that every month she needs new clothes in a bigger size.

I am getting them in February and my wedding is at the end of June...I was told four or five months before the wedding, because they grow and they don't need alterations. Although I just ordered the bridesmaid dresses, so who knows when we'll get everything!
