we paid for it in march and picked it out and everything.... but fg's mom will be away all summer so shes calling the place next month with my fg's measurements so thatll be a little less than 4 months before

It kinda depends on the age of the girls as well.
A 1 year old can grow A LOT in the space of 3-4 months. So depending on age I would even order 1 size up if you want to order 3-4 months in advance. :)

I am planning on ordering ours 2-3 months before the wedding.
