I already ordered mine from Barron's in Tri County. I figured they had what I wanted, I knew what I wanted, and the price was right. I am just trying to get whatever I can out of the way as far in advance as possible! HTH!

after I knew the dress I wanted.... I ordered mine in october from pronovias.... takes as long as the dress did! still waiting

I just got my dress at Kleinfeld and they told me to order my veil no later than March for a Sept. wedding. Kleinfeld's veils are designer and take awhile to come in.

I just placed my order for mine and told them to have it in by end of March for my May wedding. I just did not want to have it laying in my apartment that long and would rather just get it fresh closer to the wedding.

I am getting married in March and bought my dress and veil at kleinfelds. I just ordered my veil about 2 weeks ago so you don't have to rush. Just make an appt. to go and try on your sample dress and try on a few different styles. It's a good excuse to see your dress again to think about shoes, undergarments etc. I did my hair trial the same day to see how it would look and wound up deciding to do something different. The veil price depends on what you get. I got a 2 tier fingertip with a really really thin satin trim edge. It was about $400.

i ordered mine from Barrons at tri county about 6 weeks before my wedding and they had it ready in about a month. i didnt want to have it too early because if i brought it home i knew i would mess it up!

i got mine when i ordered the dress. my parents surprised me by paying and then wanted to get me everything (slip, bra, veil, etc). i was really worried b/c i was afraid we'd be ripped off, but everything was really reasonable (the bra was only 40) and they ended up cutting us a deal and throwing in some stuff for free. i dunno if it's standard or if my dad had a little 'talk' with them but who cares?! it worked.
i was nice though cuz i got to see everything together. i do like the idea one girl had above about going back after your hair/makeup trial. i was trying to figure out a way to use that stuff! =0P

i ordered my dress last february and my veil we bought a few months ago....it just took 2 weeks to get since they had to attach the comb. i got it at fantasy land (which is closed now-so we got a deal). but i would say if you have already ordered your dress than you can order your veil.

My dress is due in in march but my wedding isnt until october so once i get the color swatch i will go. Probably in may or so. Im am going to barrons in tri county. I already got my tiarra from them.
